Our season generally runs from June to October. Availibility is subject to change, so please email ahead (reservations@downeastcottage.net) to insure that the dates that you want are still open.

Early Season : $800

 Payment of 1/2 of the weekly rent requested when reservations are made.  Balance is due 60 days prior to  arrival.

***The peak season weekly rate is $1200 per week, (July and August). Early and Fall season rates are $800.00. Rates listed do not include: 7% Maine lodging tax, or security/damage  deposit~pet deposit. (call for pet approval before bringing pet!).***

**Pets must remain on the first floor of the cottage**
